If the thread flange is not marked with thread code, it is Rp(GB/T7306.1).

The position of 3 is stainless steel flange nominal diameter DN(mm) and applicable steel pipe outside diameter series:

Integral flange, flange cover, lining flange cover, threaded flange, applicable to the outer diameter of the steel pipe series can be omitted;

Applicable to the flange of the international general series of steel pipe (commonly known as British pipe), applicable to the outer diameter of the steel pipe series can be omitted;

Applicable to the flange of the domestic series of steel pipe (commonly known as metric pipe), marked "DN(B)".

4 position for stainless steel flange nominal pressure PN,MPa.

5 refers to the type code of sealing surface. According to the provisions of Table 6.0.1, the protrudate flange, such as the car dense-grain waterline, is marked as "RF(A)".

How to get a general understanding through the above explanation? Let's test you today!

A flange with a steel mark that read:

HG20592 Flange Sw25-5.9RF316

First cover the answer with both hands

Answer: Nominal diameter 25mm, nominal pressure 5.9MPa, with British pipe welded steel pipe flange, the material is 316

How about your idea and the answer?

The above is about stainless steel flange specifications how to understand the introduction, I hope to help you.
