The following are the usage steps for stainless steel sliding flanges:

Prepare pipes and flanges. Firstly, suitable pipes and flanges should be selected to ensure that their diameter, wall thickness, and material meet the requirements.

Install the flange. Align the two ends of the flange with the two ports of the pipeline, and insert the flange bolts into the nuts.

Insert the fastening device. When inserting the fastening device, pay attention to the trajectory. The track must be consistent with the arc inside the flange, and then adjust the position of the fastening device to make it symmetrical with the flange itself.

Adjust the flange position. Find the appropriate position, connect the flange to the pipeline, and ensure good sealing performance.

Tighten the bolts and nuts. Ensure optimal tightness and sealing by tightening the flange connection nuts appropriately.

It should be noted that when using stainless steel sliding flanges to connect pipes, attention should be paid to selecting the correct flange and fastening device, and installation should be carried out according to the correct steps.
